Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it right away. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Time

The average delivery time is 5 to 15 calendar days, counted from the date of dispatch. Estimated delivery windows are also shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where Your Order Ships From

Our products are shipped directly from our logistics centers and partner factories worldwide, using the best local carriers available in each region to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over $29. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by email, along with notifications whenever there is an update on your shipment. You can also track your order at any time using our Track Order page.

Orders With Multiple Items

If your order contains more than one product, items may occasionally be shipped from different logistics centers and arrive separately. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment by email.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While delays are rare, they may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Your shipment is monitored daily by our team, and we will contact you if there is any situation outside the normal delivery process. If, for any unexpected reason, your order does not arrive, you will receive a 100% refund.

In-Store Pickup

Mountain World operates exclusively as an online store and does not have a physical location available for order pickup. All orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
